Lovely apartment IRIS in front of the pool

New apartment of about 42 square meters located right in front of the pool, with 1 large double bedroom, kitchen equipped with 1 single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, air conditioning and heating, windows are blackout curtains. Outside table with chairs for outdoor dining and enjoy a magnificent view! Perfect to discover the beautiful landscapes of Abruzzo and the nearby Marche! We are at 10 min. from the sea. The apartment has independent access. There are large and private gardens, we boast of having a heated pool of 12 meters (not fenced) offering beautiful views of the Gran Sasso, the Maiella and the Monti Gemelli. Have fun eating outside in the shade of the large portico in the shade of large umbrellas in the garden. The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning. The garden and pool are shared with the other apartments at the holiday house. Guests have independent access to their own apartment and can enjoy all the outside areas that are to be shared with the other guests present . Owner live in the first floor apartment together with Amelie and Leon the Spizz puppy, and are on hand to offer advise and and assistance. Abruzzo remains relatively undiscovered yet many of Italy’s most beautiful medieval towns, such a Civitella del Tronto, Campli and Ascoli Piceno are to be found just a short drive away from Anthos Casa Vacanze. The local town of Sant'Omero is famous for the oldest church in Abruzzo, Santa Maria a Vico and its Castle. During the summer months the local towns host a diverse range of food festivals, supplied from the rich and wonderful Abruzzo countryside. The larger and historic cultural centres of Teramo and Ascoli Piceno are a 20 minute drive away. If you have any energy left, then there are numerous outlet shops and boutiques in Pescara and San Benedetto del Tronto. The property is only really accessible by car, with the nearest motorway exit 12km away at Alba Adriatica or Giulianova. There is plenty of parking close the house, in a public & secure parking. Public transport is at 1,5 km. far away. The nearest train station is at Giulianova and the train is a great way to explore the coast.
