One room has ensuite bathroom and other has AC. 100 meter from the beautiful beach with private in-ground swimming pool and garden. Ideal for a couple with up to 3 kids or for 1-4 adults. Many restaurants and takeaway options available within walking distance. No kitchen or cooking facilities - only mini-fridge and coffee/tea set. Large outdoor dining area and small indoor dining table, AC & NBN WiFi. Friendly family. The House - Great location between Glenelg and Brighton Jetties. Clean and comfortable 2 bedrooms unit with one ensuite bathroom, one air-condition, good outdoor facilities including swimming pool and covered dining area. The guests unit is separated by a locked door from the rest of the house. The Bedrooms - One bedroom has a good quality double bed and ensuite bathroom (toilet and shower), to accommodates one couple or single. The adjacent bedroom has one queen bed and one single bed/mattress, air-condition and small dining table/desk, to accommodate two adults or up to 3 kids. The Location - 1 min walk to the quite Somerton Park Beach and its BBQ areas & surf lifesaving club, bistro bar & cafe. - 10 Min beach walk to the Brighton jetty and the nice restaurants and cafes on Jetty road. - 15 mins beach walk or 5 min drive to Glenelg with its beautiful beach, marina, shops, restaurants, bars & nightlife. - 10 mins walk or >5 min drive to Foodland Convenience Store providing groceries, a newsagent, and a liquor store. - Easy access to public transport into Adelaide city centre by bus/train/tram. - Bike can be made available upon request (1-2 bikes). - Short (15-20 min) drive to Adelaide airport, Harbour Town outlet, Westfield Marion shopping mall and Events cinemas.
