Magnificent private studio in a quiet annex of a contemporary villa. You will enjoy access to the rooftop with a 360 view of the lake and the mountains. The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons (Covid-19), checkin and checkout times are not flexible. Independent studio in a contemporary villa. Parking available. Rooftop to enjoy the sunset. Kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, wifi. Super comfort bed 160 cm. Completely renovated and furnished, it has a private bathroom. The environment is very calm. La Tour de Peilz is a charming little town between Vevey and Montreux. Many museums (Alimentarium, Chaplin's World, Olympic Museum ...) are nearby. Located near the lake, in summer, you can enjoy swimming, taking a steamboat ride, climbing the Rochers de Naye by an impressive cogwheel train and numerous summer events (Montreux Jazz, Vevey Images, Cully Jazz Festival. ...) In winter, you are less than 40 minutes from the slopes of Villars and the Portes du Soleil. In addition to the studio and the private bathroom, you have an outdoor parking space and access to the rooftop enjoying a 360-degree view of the lake and the Alps. I am not always present but you can contact me if necessary. Quiet residential area, located on the heights of La Tour-de-Peilz / Vevey By car : the studio is located approximately 1 km from the Vevey motorway exit. By public transport : Vevey train station 2 km away; Tour de Peilz station 1km away, then take bus 203 (Route de Blonay stop). The bus stop is 200 meters from the villa.
