Beachside Tower - right on the beach!

Located right on the beach at Main Beach, on the beautiful Gold Coast, Beachside Tower offers the chance to take a break and relax, right on the sand. On the 11th floor, views encompass Coolangatta to Stradbroke Island - the perfect place to watch the whales migrate, the sun rise, or the fun on the beach below. The kitchen is off the living room, as is the master bedroom. During your stay complimentary wifi and Netflix is available for use, as well as a DVD player and board games for the kids. The master bedroom offers a queen bed with an ensuite and ocean views with access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a king zip (option to be set up as a king bed or two singles), with views south. The third bedroom offers a single bed, with a roll-away single trundle bed beneath - the perfect room for the kids! All bedrooms have built in robes with plenty or storage. Separate laundry and second bathroom with a bath and shower provide more space. All linen is supplied for your stay including sheets, blankets, towels and beach towels. The pool area provides a child wading area, sun lounges and umbrellas, pool side table & chairs and a large BBQ area with an outdoor dining area. There is also direct beach access to the patrolled beach in front of the building - no need to cross the road. One secure underground basement carpark will be available for use during your stay. Additional visitor parking can be used for up to 6 hours at a time, or parking on the street if you have a second vehicle. Beachside Towers are a five minute walk to the famous Tedder Avenue, boasting cafes, restaurants, boutiques, a general store, pharmacy and bottle shop. A bus stop is located right outside the apartment. Just across the road is an excellent cafe and a 7/11 Convenience Store. The apartment is also located just a 10 minute walk from the Main Beach light rail stop. The light rail will take you south through Surfers Paradise, into Broadbeach fabulous for restaurants and shopping at the newly renovated Pacific Fair. A 10 minute walk north you will find Marina Mirage which hosts a number of award-winning restaurants, designer boutiques, specialty stores and day spas. It is deemed the Gold Coast's finest waterfront shopping and dining destination. Weekly Farmer's Markets are held undercover every Saturday from 7am -12noon, showcasing farm fresh seasonal & organic produce and gourmet artisan delicacies. A 25 minute stroll south will get you to Surfers Paradise. As one of Australia's most popular holiday destinations it hosts a series of great events including prestigious Surf Life Saving competitions, the Gold Coast 600 V8 Supercars race. Free artistic and cultural community events occur regularly throughout the precinct, including the Surfers Paradise Beachfront Markets operating every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday night between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. Just a short walk north and you will find a number of parks and playgrounds - perfect for families. The Southport Surf Club, which overlooks the ocean, and The Southport Sailing Club, which overlooks The Broadwater, are only a five minute walk north. Both are ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner without having to get in the car. The apartment is located just 2km from Sea World, and a 20 minute drive to Movie World and Wet'n'Wild. Dreamworld and Whitewater World are just a 25 minute drive away. Beachside Tower has a strict ‘No Schoolies’ policy which we must abide by. Should the booking be confirmed and we then learn you are considered Schoolies, we would unfortunately have to have cancel your booking. Should it be after arrival, no refund would be possible. Please also be aware that under Airbnb’s ‘extenuating circumstances’ policy, if you need to cancel a reservation due to COVID related border closures to Queensland you will receive a 100% refund minus the booking fees Airbnb keep. If you choose to ‘reschedule’ instead you will not be charged any additional fees, just the change in nightly rate if your booking ends up in a holiday or peak period.
