Modern and bright open-space, elegantly furnished. Large kitchen, large bathroom. Beautiful area, at the entrance of the Park of Monza, few minutes walk from the autodrome, the Royal Villa and S. Gerardo Hospital. Bus stop in front of the entrance of the house. The apartment is carefully designed in every detail and overlooks a beautiful garden. It ideally accommodate a couple for the presence of a double bed french size, but it can also accommodate a third guest on an extra bed. Warm in winter and cool in summer, so it doesn't require air conditioning. Guests enjoy a warm welcome and they'll find at home the toiletries, a base foods for cooking (coffee, salt, sugar, oil, ...), water and a good wine for a welcome drink. Obviously it will be supplied bed linen and towels for the number of guests booked. I live next door, so I'll be here to give assistance for any need or any advice on the many tourist activities or leisure, the area offers. The apartment is special for its location in front of the pedestrian entrance to the Park of Monza, in a quiet residential area and surrounded by green. Within walking distance: bars, stationery, pharmacy and supermarket. From here you can easily walk to the Monza race track or the hospital San Gerardo. It is also well served by the bus stop right in front of the exit gate of the condominium, the bus will take you directly to all neighboring cities (historic center of Monza) and the railway station, to reach in 10 minutes the center of Milan or subway. The location is perfect for a business trip, where you can reach Milan in a few minutes with bus or train and without going crazy in traffic jam, but retreat in a quiet area and relax. The area also offers several enjoyable activities, such as horse riding in the large Monza Park, cultural visits to the Royal Villa and the old town of Monza or the many pleasant spots of Brianza. Not to mention Formula 1 GP, the autodrome is few minutes walk from the house!
