(Max 4 adults and 2 children) On the ground floor 1 large living room with fireplace and view of the garden and the swimming pool, comprising: 1 fully equipped fitted kitchen, dining table and 6 chairs 1 living room with a 140x200 convertible sofa, TV 1 bathroom, walk-in shower with multi-jet column 1 toilet and 1 urinal 1 laundry room with cleaning equipment (cleaning product, vacuum cleaner, brooms) Upstairs: 1 landing / mezzanine serving: 1 bedroom with 1 140x200 bed (for 2 adults) and 1 120x200 bed (for 1 adult or 2 children), 1 desk and 1 wardrobe with wardrobe 1 WC Outside : Enclosed garden of 150 m2 Uncovered pool (inaccessible in winter) Terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs (accessible in fine weather) TO KNOW Cleaning fee: 30 € optional but recommended Towels are not provided.
