It has a living space of 112m2 and is surrounded with lush gardens with flower beds, trees and local vegetation. It includes 3 comfortable bedrooms, a country style open plan kitchen with dining and living and two bathrooms with showers and crystal cabins. The secondary living (Bedroom 4) is furnished with a couch and it can be converted to an extra bedroom (1 couch bed and 1 sofa bed, sleeps 2). The main veranda shaded with pergola is furnished with wooden outdoor living and dining furniture. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including refrigerator with freezer, cooker hood, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso cafe machine, bread toaster and kettle. Modern indoor furnishing includes handmade beds and eco mattresses, cotton linen and towels, comfortable sofa, wooden dining table and chairs. All bedrooms and bathrooms are placed in ground and upper level of the house. Bedrooms on upper level have private verandas with sea and mountain views.
