Large living room, 2 bedrooms (with double beds each), kitchen, bathroom, large terrace. Ideal for 4 people, when needed 2 more sleeping on the couch in the living room. Own parking space fully furnished, new kitchen with dishwasher and modern bathroom. Pets on request. A LTE-Wi-Fi is available, it is limited to 400 KB per day or 3GB per week. Smaller shops are located in a distance of 2 km, a large weekly market and supermarkets are in Luino with a distance of about 5 km. One Supermarket in Luino is open 24h/7d. Milan is about 1.5 hours by car, it is faster and easier to get there by train. a car is necessary, public transport on site is almost non existing the house is accessible via stairs in the slope (approx. 4th to 5th floor). Your baggage should be easy to carry. Items for the daily life like spices, sugar, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper etc. are usually available in small quantities (no guaranty), they will not be refilled during your stay. Heating is necessary during spring and autumn, there is a floor and towel heating in the bathroom. In the living room you will find a stove. The wood can be purchased in the supermarket or hardware store, 10 kg of wood cost about 3 € and last for 1 - 2 days.
