Our purpose built B & B unit is self contained & equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is private and peaceful with a beautiful rural outlook. Handy to the motorway makes us your ideal base. Continental breakfast is provided. Welcome to Valley View Bed and Breakfast. We offer our self contained unit with two rooms that comfortably sleep 4 guests, with 1 queen sized bed and 2 singles being perfect for families. Private en-suite services both rooms with complimentary toiletries. The main room is equipped with flat screen TV, fridge, dining table, dressing table and tea and coffee facilities. The unit has it's own separate access from the main house to create privacy for guests. Set on 3 acres, guests are welcome to explore the property and children will love meeting our sheep, cows, alpacas and chickens. We are located on the edge of Auckland city, just minutes off the motorway and from Pukekohe township which has a good selection of restaurants, cafes and shops and is serviced by trains and buses to central Auckland. This makes us the perfect base for your visit to Auckland or as you head off on your New Zealand journey or as somewhere to rest before your head home. However we will be on-hand should you need anything. The rural town of Pukekohe is just 5 minutes drive away. Pukekohe is famous for it's relaxed country atmosphere and the Pukekohe race track, used for both horse and motor racing. Mt. William, ten minutes to the east is great for an afternoon or morning walk providing amazing views in all directions. Kariotahi and Port Waikato beaches are 30 minutes to the west and great places to explore and experience black sand. The Hunua Ranges are a short drive away and offer many bush walks and hiking tracks. We are approximately 30 minutes from the airport and 45 minutes from Auckland city centre.
