Aidyl Lair is a simple place where you can have peace and quiet. It's complete with everything you need in a place. A practical place for guests planning on a long stay with it's cheap rate. Aidyl Lair is a studio unit that can accommodate 4 persons or even up to 6. Free swimming for guests staying for more than a week. Kitchen essentials provided. We have refrigerator, microwave, induction stove and pan, rice cooker, water boiler, range hood, utensils and cooking stuffs. I may always be available personally for any immediate concerns. If I'm not, I'll be sending someone else to help out. The place is fully secured with courteous and round-the-clock security personnel from the gate up to each building. The residents are peaceful and are mostly consists of young families, students, and young workforce. The place is well lighted from the outside to the corridors. Commuting to and from Trees Residence is convenient. It is along Quirino Avenue where buses and jeepneys are enroute to Moa, Cubao, Quiapo, Tungko, Gumaok, San Jose Del Monte Bulacan, Novaliches bayan, Almar, Lagro and more. Uber and Grab cars are usually 5 mins away upon booking round-the-clock. Parking is not provided but there are private parking areas outside available for daily, weekly and monthly parking for a fee. Parking: No free parking but you can park in S Mall just in the facade of Trees Residences. 30php for first 2 hours and 10php per succeeding hours. To make it easy to compute, it's like an hour is equivalent to 10php and just add another 10php. So if you parked 8 hours it's 90php, 3hrs = 40php, 12hrs = 130php
