Our Villa is Located on the Turtle Bay Resort! You can use the Ocean Villas pool and Jacuzzi, park for free, and pay no resort fees! You can also use most of the Turtle Bay Resort Amenities for a fee. You have FREE access to the 12 miles of hiking and biking trails, the beach volleyball court, and the luau shows located at the Resort’s pool bar! (Amenities subject to change without notice per Turtle Bay Resort; you do not have access to the Turtle Bay Resort hotel's pool, but the Ocean Villas have their own Heated Pool and Jacuzzi.) Located in the Ocean Villas at the Turtle Bay Resort. You have dramatic ocean views and can keep your doors and windows open all night with privacy in this third-floor villa! You have quick access to the ocean, pool, and BBQ's by elevator or staircase. This penthouse level villa is located in the most desirable location in the complex, on the third level just steps from the sandy beach with panoramic ocean views and a private serene lanai. This villa is only about 20 yards from the ocean! Photographs are of the actual villa! You can see whales swimming past while sitting in your living room or while making dinner during the whale migration months. The sandy beach is just 80 yards to the left of the villa and the pool and BBQs are just 60 yards to the left. If you need additional space, you can rent both this 3-Bedroom Villa and its adjoined Studio Villa 317 to create a 4-bedroom option sleeping up to 12. Please No Smoking or Pets!
