There are 2 cozy rooms with 2 comfortable double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including washing machine, microwave, espresso machine and everything you might need to cook delicious Portuguese dishes! Speed Internet 24h and A/C are available in the apartment. It has a dining table with capacity for up to 4 people, so you can dine while looking at the river, the bridge and the Christ statue. Around the apartment you can find all the amenities you need, including a local grocery store, markets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, bars, antique shops, galleries and much more. There is a picturesque square (Praça das Flores) just a few steps away, with traditional terraces perfect for enjoying traditional Portuguese food and wine (especially on Sundays where they prepare a delicious brunch). On Saturdays, an Organic Farmers' Market settles in the beautiful centenary Príncipe Real Garden, just a few minutes from home, where you can enjoy breakfast or a late afternoon drink at a traditional kiosk. The building is located in a very beautiful street, so it will be nice to return to the apartment after a long day of walking in our beautiful city and rest without noise. Accessibility: The apartment is located on the 4th floor, in a historical area of Lisbon, where the buildings have no elevator. It is not suitable for guests with any mobility limitations. Important: Small sections of the apartment have low ceilings, but most of these sections are in parts of the apartment that you will not use so much. Please take this into consideration when booking our house. Public transport You'll love the option of walking almost everywhere, but when it comes to public transport the apartment is strategically located: -Subway (A 6-minute walk to the Rato underground station - yellow line - or a 12-minute walk to Baixa/Chiado - blue/green lines) -Ferry/boat to cross the river (20 minutes walk to Cais do Sodre) -Train to Sintra (Rossio station is 15 minutes walk) and Belem-Jeronimos/Cascais-beaches (20 minutes walk to Cais do Sodre station) -Tram number 28 is a 10-minute walk. -Taxi and bus stop is a 5 minute walk. - Check-in between 21h00 and 23h00 has a fee of 20€. Between 23h00 and 01h00 the fee is 30€.
