Once you open the door, you will see the kitchen area which has cooking equipments such as stove,microwave,toaster, and dishes ware. There are dining table and refrigerator in the kitchen for your convenient. The living space has glass sliding door where you can access to the cozy sofa and enjoy watching smart TV. There is also a queen size bed connected with air conditioning and one large closet. You can access entire the room and the facilities in the Escent condo 2 such as swimming pool and fitness. This apartment is our family's vacation room. Welcome all new friend around the world to visit our place. However, as the host experience,i have to go up to the mountain oftenly that is without signals in some area. So i will get you back in shortly as soon as possible. Please follow these rules: - Check in time: 2PM - Check out time: 5PM. - Please do not cook the meal with lot of smoke or steam. There is a smoke detector in the room and fire alarm will start automatically after getting smoke or steam. - Due to sanitation rules, please remove food trash everyday to avoild insects and flies. The garbage room is outside near the fire extinguishers. - Please turning off lights and airconditions when leaving the room for helping us to save the energy for environment and economy reason. - Please do not leave your shoes outside your room and please do not wear shoes in the room. The slippers are provided in your room. - Pets are not allowed. - This is the private room, so party is not allowed. - Please do not disturb other residents by loud noises in the room, hallways and public areas especially from 9pm to 8am. - Smoking is not allowed in the room. - Please keep towel get dry after using- Please take care of the residence inventory and other equipments. Lost or all intentional damages occuring during your stay shall be charged according to the actual costs of replacement. - We provide clean room with fresh bed linen, towels and toilet paper at check in, and they won't be changed during your stay upon your request cleaning service. We provide cleaning equipments for your own cleaning during your stay. Also,You can request extra cleaning service at the cost of 700 Baht/ cleaning. The washing + dryer and water refilled machine are located in laundry room behind the 1st flr. of building - Lost of key card or key cost 500 baht. -For long stay rental, we provide all amenity once at first time, it would not be refilled until next check-in or extra clean service. -in case you stay at least 20 days, i 'll ask to charge you electricity and water fee by actual usage instead(7Bht/unit of electricity fee and 35bht/unit of water fee).
