Completely enclosed and measuring 3700 m² (40,000 ft²), it features numerous trees including 10 fruit trees. You are welcome to pick from the herb garden to enhance your cooking or pick ripe fruit from the trees. - The Swimming Pool: An added bonus that gives real holiday vibes! There is a professional gardener who tends to the whole garden, including mowing the lawn. Nestled in the pretty commune of Pujols, our villa is surely one of the best holiday rentals South-West France has to offer! The setting is truly idyllic but still feels connected, with local towns and amenities within easy reach. - 1km away is the centre of Pujols. Tabac sells fresh bread in the mornings, along with other necessities. We recommend the lunch menu at Chez Sylvie, a cosy restaurant open until 5pm - A 5-minute drive away is Castillon-la-Bataille, with its huge supermarket, several bakers, butchers, pizzerias, restaurants and a Monday morning market - A 15-minute drive away is Saint-Emilion, a charming medieval town and the most well-known wine town in Bordeaux - 20 minutes away is the closest city, Libourne. It has a TGV train station which takes you to Bordeaux in 25 minutes and Paris in under 3 hours - A 1-hour drive away is Bordeaux, with its TGV station and a high-speed train that takes you to Paris in just 2 hours - 50-60 minutes away are Bergerac and Bordeaux airports The private driveway provides ample secure parking on the property. It has electric gates which open with a remote control. Drive to the local towns or take the train to explore further out.
