The Hibiscus Coast is surrounded by stunning beaches, great for swimming, boating, fishing and all water sports. This property is approximately a 10 minute walk or quick drive to Manly village with fabulous restaurants/bar and cafes. Whangaparaoa Town Centre is a short 5 min drive where you will find Supermarket, shops including chemist, banks, food hall, restaurant, cafes and Cinema and Bowling alley next door. Boutique shopping and expansive surf beach at Orewa only 10 minutes away. Also 10 minutes away is Silverdale with indoor Snowplanet, Adventure Park and new Shopping centre. If you like to walk there are beautiful walkways to choose from from Shakespeare Regional park in Army Bay right through to Orewa. Approx 1 hour north of Auckland International Airport. 30 mins north of CBD Auckland approx. Regular bus service around Manly and Whangaparaoa taking you to main town centre/Orewa/Silverdale and into CBD Auckland. Ferry service from Gulf Harbour to CDB Auckland and return - commuter timetable. Minimum stay of 3 nights. Easter minimum stay of 4 nights. Christmas and New Year minimum stay of 7 nights 24/12-7/1. Discounts for longer stays over 3 weeks. Extra persons $25pp per night. Prices may increase during public holidays and school holidays or special events without prior notice. NZ$150 cleaning/linen fee applies. Payment can be made by credit card - extra 3.2% fee **Cancellation Policy** Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in for bookings made after 1 October 2021 . If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. Special COVID-19 Policy This policy will take effect if the New Zealand Government restricts travel within New Zealand for any reason and The Guests, who must be resident in New Zealand, are not permitted to travel for the booked dates. The Guest who is resident in New Zealand may choose to:- a) Transfer the booking to future dates at the same holiday property (at the nightly rates advertised for the future dates, providing dates are available). No additional fees will be charged. Booking credit must be used for 1 booking. If NZ Govt domestic travel restrictions affect the guests ability to travel for future dates booked, future changes will also be made at no additional fee. b) Cancel the booking and obtain a refund less $50 booking/administration fee. IMPORTANT - Please note that this special COVID-19 policy does not apply to any person not being able to travel for the booked dates from any other country, or due to the New Zealand borders being closed, or if they or any of their accompanying guests are outside of New Zealand and are not able to return in time for the booked dates, for any reason. In such a case, the Standard Cancellation Policy will apply. This is due to the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 situation in other countries.
