The 3-room apartment with approx. 85 m² completed in June 2017 is on the 1st Upper floor of a well-kept apartment building and offers everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday. The apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms with double beds (sleeping 1: 160x200cm; sleeping 2: 180x200cm) and TV (cable and smart TV), a living and dining room with a sofa, armchairs, dining area and also TV (cable and smart TV), new shower / toilet with washing machine and dryer, a very well equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, coffee machine (Senseo), toaster, kettle etc. You will find enough space for your things in various cupboards and chests of drawers. The apartment has 2 sun-drenched balconies. One can be reached via bedroom 2 and the other via the living-dining area (with lake view). Furthermore, all windows (except the bedrooms) have electric shutters. Blackout options are available in the bedrooms. You can either bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them for a fee of € 18.00 / complete package and person. Free WiFi access is available during your stay! The apartment building is located in the so-called 2nd Row and is therefore protected from public traffic. The beach is only approx. 100 m away and can be reached very quickly via the private path. A parking space in front of the house is available.
