The apartment is 200 m2 modernly furnished , in the heart of Heliopolis cairo, one of the nicest neighborhoods in cairo, only 15 min from airport( 7.3 km ). 100 Meters ( 1 min Walk) from Heliopolis underground Metro Station allowing a convenient transportation to most parts of cairo. There is a small garden at the entrance. Sunny big balcony with table and four chairs . There is a corb suitable for babies. The whole space is air conditioned . There is a very helpful doorman. The apartment is located in a very nice area in Heliopolis, accessible to many shopping places, near airport. 100 meters from Heliopolis Metro underground Station , a very easy and cheap way to access most of cairo. Two new air conditions in the reception and another two air conditions in the two bedrooms . Air conditions only close in winter season starting from October till February . There is a very helpful doorman Helps in delivery of grocery , water, supermarket,laundry ... etc. and he helps in lifting bags ( don’t forget to tip him😉) Guests are allowed to access the whole appartment. Via airbnb What’s app The place is very near to a well known Orthodox Church ( Saint George Heliopolis), it is only 5 minutes walking distance Also El Nour mosque is very near to my place ( 5 minutes walk) Many cafes in my area ( tea leaf and coffee beans company, cilantro...) Many supermarkets also walking distance. Tabarak the nearest ( only two buildings away) Ragab sons Alpha market which is a big market for grocery and fruits and meat and fish and also a walking distance. Many Restaurants are also available in a walking distance like kabab shaker and wanderwalt ( German restaurant) Very near to my place there are very nice outdoor places for friends gathering like „Oasis“ 3.5 km away. Also another nice place called „Tivoli Dome“ 2.8 km away Also one of the biggest malls in Egypt „City Stars“ only 15 minutes away by car 4.2 km away. Uber Taxi Private car Public transportation in Egypt not recommended Supermarket is only 4 minutes walking, doorman (concierge) is availiable for carrying luggage and for bringing any essentials from supermarket, grocery or laundry. Very good oriental breakfast can be served for 6 dollars per person .( based upon my availability) I can arrange a lift from airport for 15 dollars. I can also arrange excursions for pyramids and Sakkara -sound and light show . ( based on number of guests). Very nice boat trips too in beautiful River Nile.( for not more than 40 dollars) Many other visits like: cairo tower, old Coptic churches and monasteries. El Moez street ( Islamic old cairo).
