Lovely and large new flat with mountains view

Our lovely, recently renewed 3 bedrooms apartment, is ideal for a big family or a group of friends. Our house is perfect for those looking for tranquility and mountain views, easy access to the slopes, but also all the comforts. The town center is just a few minutes away on foot. It offers 3 large bedrooms, two well-equipped bathrooms, both with shower and bidet. The living room has an open kitchen, and 2 balconies offer a beautiful view of the mountains surrounding the house. If you are a patient guest, you can easily spot fawns and squirrels looking for food. A nice refuge, to escape from the chaos and noise of the city. The parking space is easily found on the street or in the open space in front of the house and is free. But if you want a covered parking space, it is available for € 5 per day, inside the covered garage, upon request. Guests will have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room with sofa, dining table and open kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, two well-equipped bathrooms, with shower, sink and bidet, and two beautiful balconies overlooking our wonderful mountains. An uncovered parking space and ski box are included. The parking space in the garage is available upon request, for a fee (€ 5 per day, € 120 per month) Animals are not allowed. Smoking prohibited. No parties are allowed. We don't live in the house, but we can interact by mobile phone and send you somebody to help you in case of need. N.B: Once the guest makes a reservation, I request to sign the short rental contract, because it is safer for both of us. If you wish, you can ask me for a version of the contract before confirming the booking. In the case of foreign guests (non-Italians), I must request complete personal details, name and date of birth of all occupants to make a declaration to the Public Security Bodies. The bedlinen and bath towels are available upon request, for 10 € per person. For long rental periods please contact me, we can find a formula that satisfies both :-).
