The Edinbothy is a fabulous, light, modern, spacious & well equipped 2 bed/2 bath ground floor apartment comfortably sleeping 5. Enjoy having your own front door & no stairs to climb. Benefit from a secure garage & plenty of free parking. The surrounding shared grounds are well maintained & add to the relaxing setting. The quiet neighbourhood guarantees a peaceful nights sleep. It's a great place on the south side of Edinburgh with easy access to both the city center & the spectacular surrounding countryside! Both bedrooms have zip-super king beds allowing 3ft/90cm wide twin beds or a 6ft/180cm Super King bed to be made up as required. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room whilst the second bedroom enjoys the use of the main family bathroom. A trundle bed can also be set up in the second room to accommodate a fifth person in the apartment however please note that this bed is at floor level. The large fully equipped kitchen/diner comfortably sits six and includes modern integrated appliances such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven & microwave. A Nespresso machine & full tea set have been added for your benefit. Tea, coffee (Nespresso capsules & instant), milk, cookies/biscuits, sugar and a few kitchen staples are stocked for your convenience. We are also happy to pre-purchase groceries on your behalf provided we receive your list a min of 72hrs before check-in. The separate living room is the perfect place to relax at the end of a fun-filled day benefiting from a Smart, WiFi-integrated HD television, a few local books, puzzles & board games. Other creature-comforts include double-glazed windows, blinds and thick curtains, central heating and excellent integrated storage including double built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms. Egyptian cotton towels, superior cotton bedlinen and The Scottish Fine Soaps Company bathroom amenities also add to a fabulous vacation. There is ample free parking and a secure, lock-up garage too however having a car is not essential as the local bus stops 2 minutes from the front door and will take you to the city center & beyond in 20 minutes. Golfers need only walk a leisurely 5 minutes to the nearest golf course whilst Shoppers will delight in exploring the numerous independent shops of Morningside, a leisurely 10 minutes further down the road. The freeway (The City of Edinburgh Bypass) is 5 minutes drive away allowing you to access many parts of bonnie Scotland easily and, for the most part, avoiding congested roads allowing more time to discover and explore!
