Spacious House in the heart of the North Coast

This home is a spacious house surrounded by a large garden situated in the countryside 4 minutes from the town and 20 minutes from the stunning North Antrim Coast. It is easily accessible (30min from the Airport) and close to all the key tourist sights making it a perfect base to explore from. Our home is ideal for large families or groups who either want to relax in a quite location or explore some of the famous sites of N.Ireland The house has a large kitchen with a table to sit 8 guests, a sitting room and lounge room with fire places and large flat-screened TVs. Joining these two rooms is a large sun room with a wood burning stove, it has two sofas and TV but can be set up as a games room with a full sized table tennis table. There are 4 bed rooms (2 two upstairs and two down stairs) all with double or King size beds. The master bed room has an en-suite with built in power shower. Down stairs has also a main bathroom with bath and power shower. The two bedroom upstairs share a bath room with built in shower. Also available is a utility room and attached wash room. Outside has a tarmac drive that goes around the house, most suitable for bikes and skateboarding. Along with a large garden front and back there is decking area accessible from the sun room. A storage shed is provided, used for holding bikes, sun loungers etc. Quests have full use of the house except the study, garage and a second shed which houses the garden equipment. I will not be available in person but I have a friend that is familiar with the house and will be available to meet guests on arrival and will be making your stay as comfortable and will be available to help with any of your needs. There is also a lock-box for the house keys so guests can let themselves in if need be. Before your visit I can provide you with information on where to go and what is best to do to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. This house is situated in the country 5 minutes from the nearest town. It is a great place to relax with quite roads suitable for bike rides and walks. The location is an ideal base to explore Portrush, Portstewart, Ballycastle, castlerock, Downhill, Portglenone and Giant Causeway to name a few. If you want to take a break from site seeing we are are also situated only 15 minutes drive from two great shopping towns Coleraine and Ballymena. As we are in the country having a car would be the best option for getting around the sights and shops. There is lots of space to park on site securely. Public transport is available from Ballymoney (5 min drive), there you are able to get buses or trains to other parts of the Provence. Exploring the sites of the north coast is best done independently.
