Fully fitted kitchen, large living area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom (combined bath and shower). Gas central heating, combi boiler, fast Wi-fi, FreeviewTV, XBox 360 with games, travel cot. Short walk/drive from shops, takeaways, Stepping Hill hospital and train station. Minutes from the town centre and with easy access to motorways. A high ceilinged Victorian conversion with original tiling and large bay windows. There is 1 double bed and 1 single bed. There is also a travel cot available, please let us know if you require it when you book. The kitchen is fully fitted with standard pots, frying pans, utensils (mixing spoons, spatulas etc), microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, oven, hob, washing machine, cooking knives, as well as plates, cutlery and cups. The living area has 2 large sofas, a dining table with 3 chairs and a TV with Freeview TV, Xbox360 and games. The bedrooms and living areas are carpeted. For this reason, we ask that shoes and muddy items be kept in the tiled area of the hallway. Guests have full and sole access to the flat at any time during their stay. We will not trouble you during your stay, unless you require assistance. We do not live on the premises, but there is a key safe system which will allow access to front door keys even if you arrive late at night. We ask you return the keys back into the key-safe when you leave and secure it. We make a charge of £25 each for each missing key at the end of your stay. Quiet residential area situated close to the A6 where there is a wide range of supermarket and takeaway options. There is free private car park around the development and there is some street parking too. The flat is 1 minute walk from the busy A6 road which leads into Stockport. There are numerous and frequent buses into town. It is a very short taxi ride to the well-connected train station. No smoking or vaping, no pets, no parties (maximum of 3 people using the flat at any one time). Travel cot available.
