Suitable for families and groups of friends, our panoramic Casale is nested in the quietness of the fairylike landscape known as Svizzera (Switzerland) Pesciatina. The atmosphere, the land, and the people will offer you a unique experience, a full immersion into our culture and tradition for the once-in-a-lifetime experience, tailor-made and stimulating. During the winter months, I suggest a high car for a stretch of dirt road (500 m.) to get to the house. In winter heating: €5 per day The "Casale la Bella Toscana" is an ancient farmhouse of the 1800, renovated and refurbished with rigorously Made in Italy antiques and ornaments. The estate overstands on the valley of the “Dieci Castella” (Ten Castles), small typical villages of the territory, "castled" on hillocks and crests, amongst woods of oaks and chestnuts trees, north of Pescia district, in the so called “Svizzera Pesciatina” (the Switzerland of Pescia area). Our firm offers the Casale for holiday rentals (sleeps 8/10) A main house with a wide living with fireplace, a large fully equipped kitchen with fire place, table sits up to 10 people, three double bedrooms, one of which with an antichambre with one or two single beds, ideal for the youngest. One very large bathroom with shower on first floor- On the outside we have another bathroom with bath tub next to swimming pool and laundry area. You can enjoy dinner al fresco grilling with our brick barbeque and cooking delicious plates or pizzas in our wood oven. A large dedicated area with wooden table and benches will allow you to move freely without worrying of the dirt. A unique and unforgettable view and the all the area exclusevely reserved for our guests of the house (no sharing with other guests) will guarantee a multi sensorial immersion for the whole duration of your stay. The house is ideal for nature lovers, whether you are one or two families, groups of friends or couples with or without children and certainly for our inseparable hairy friends! During winter an extra charge for heating is due. The house, the swimming pool and the whole area around in the property, is available for your exclusive use. No sharing with other guests. I don't leave in the premises but in a village not far away from the Casale. Just the time to get there and I will be available for you. I can help you or give you suggestions to make the most of your time, take you to the olive fields or see my horses, to the natural park and lake or simply leave you alone if you wish. It's totally up to you ! We may organise your stay with extra activities like dinners, cooking lessons, pizza in the wood oven and furthermore transfers to/from airport, taxi service, van rental. “La Bella Toscana” is able to satisfy a variety of turistic expectations connected to wellness and outdoors activities and sports. We recommend it for trekking, cyclists, motocross or off-road riders, naturalist photographers, fishermen, hunters, horse riders, basically all nature lovers and holiday people who respect nature using it in a sustainable way and wanting to feel physically and mentally rewarded. The strategic location of the “Casolare de La Bella Toscana” allows the visitors to reach in a very short time all the art cities of Tuscany like Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Siena; all the seaside places like the Versilia or the coast of Livorno, and furthermore the localities on the Appennino mountains like Abetone, Val di Luce, Monte Cimone as well as the neighbouring villages of “Dieci Castella” or the Valdinievole, not at far distance from our structure. We are right between the mountains and the sea. Furthermore, the natural and unspoiled landscape, ideal for nature and outdoor activities lovers, will offer you an unforgettable experience, one of a kind. Each of the following "tourist activity” can be required for one or more days as well as for the whole lenght of your stay. - “Cultural tourist activities”; We can organize visits to one or more tuscan art cities or to the main Medieval Villages nearby. We will take care of everything like contacting the tourist guide and booking for you or take you to the bike shop rental if you wish to do a bike tour. - “Enogastronomic tourist activities”; You will be guided to the discovery of flavours and tastes which make unique our tuscan cuisine. You will taste the typical excellences of local producers together with our extra vergin olive oil "Ti Garba!". You will taste our gourmet breakfast and lovely dinners and if you wish, you can partecipate to the making and cooking of the food. - “Photographic tourist activity"; One or more days to the discovery of Tuscany through the lens of a camera. For nature photography enthusiastics. We will help you to discover our nature and landscape with its traditions and culture, visiting enchanted and unspoiled locations like the Padule del Fucecchio, the most extended humid area of Europe, enjoying its flora and fauna on board of the typical “barchino” (little boat), the paths and the old "mulattiere" (mule tracks) we find in the woods of the so called "svizzera pesciatina" (Switzerland of Pescia area) which through the centuries have connected the characteristic medieval villages, and much more! All this through the photography experience to make of your memory a souvenir. - “Sport tourist activities”; We can organize guided tours for trekking, mountain bike and motocross lovers, discoverying the territory around the estate and providing you with anything you need. We can go horse riding following tourist itineraries serching for glimpse of landscapes and unforgettable memories. We can organize days out fishing or hunting. The territory is ideal for spinning or fly fishing the magnificient Fario Trout present in many of our numerous streams or creeks of the area; Or we can point out the best spots for the black bass or the pike. For the hunters we can organize one or more days hiding for starlings, thrushes or for the aquatics. We can provide you with all necessary equipment for your sport activities. - “Initiatives”; It will be a great pleasure for us if you want to share experiences during our activities on the Firm. You can partecipate to agricoultural activities very pleasant and authentic like the harvest of the olives in early November, or follow formation courses on agricoltural activities. Part of the proceed coming from this activities will be donated for charity. Our packages aim to enhance the integration with our territory on all aspects to give you a memorable and satisfying tourist experience. An experience lead by the research of a sense of complete wellbeing, away from stress and worries. We will be extremely happy to host you, to guide you and to share with you the experience of living with our land. Swimming pool: placed on the panoramic terrace dominating the breathtaking view of our wonderful valley. It's furnished with chairs, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. You can swim, sunbath or relax and reading only shrouded by the sound of nature. Bicycle: Available for our guests are a couple of Mountain Bikes to go and enjoy the captivating natural tracks. We also can address you to the shop nearby for rent. Our guests have credited a discount. Parking: at the open, large and private, only available for our guests. You can easily park 3/4 cars. Garden: The Casale is surrounded by a wide estate rich of chestnut trees, oaks, olive trees, and a great variety of fruit trees typical of the Mediterranean scrub. All this is exclusively reserved for you to enjoy. Barbeque: on the outside next to the house with a wood oven aside, at your disposal, to enjoy excellent grilled food. Vegetable garden: you can benefit from our seasonal vegetables directly from our vegetable garden, which is to give your holiday an even more authentic taste. Ti Garba!: local use and opportunity to buy typical Tuscan food products to take home with you. Laundry: free bed linen and towels necessary for your stay are provided. Included beach towels. Available just for you is a nice laundry area outside the house. Wifi and TV: We do have an excellent free wifi connection. Also tv and DVD player for your kids. Animals and Pets: in our structure all animals are welcome, horses included. In fact, you can have your holiday with your horse, I will take care of your luggage and you can come riding and park your horse in front of the house. Road: For the last part of the unpaved road we suggest a high car. We offer a range of services to book in advance like, visit olive grove, brunches, and dinner for which you can take an active part, pizza party all you can eat, and organize for your horse riding lessons, bike excursions, naturalistic photography excursions, and furthermore hunting and fishing when it is the right season.
