Get a lot of your own privacy in a modern luxury apartment!!! Your bedroom has your own TV and an air purifier. 30-seconds walk from bedroom to grocery store. The 47th floor has a rooftop deck with indoor/outdoor seating, and the 3rd floor has a large outdoor garden. Very safe, well-lit, walkable neighborhood. Discounts for 1-2 weeks. This is a 3-bedroom luxury apartment in the top half of a 47-story building. The views during the day and night are both equally amazing. There are heavy discounts if you reserve the bedroom for a week or a month. In your room there is one well-appointed "super-single" bed that can sleep 1 very comfortably. Brand new mattress purchased and installed March 2016. Ceiling air conditioner with remote control. New blackout curtains with remote control! Brand new TV with Chromecast (so you can watch whatever Youtube/Netflix/Hulu you want from your phone), bluetooth speaker, and air purifier machine (brand new 2017). The bedroom can only be locked from the inside. A full bathroom is less than ten steps from the bedroom. AirBnb guests will have access to the kitchen, living room, and an own semi-private bathroom, shared with anybody staying in Bedroom A, as well as any occasional guests to the apartment. The kitchen has a combination oven (i.e. microwave + convection), a stove, a water kettle, a brand new Cuchen rice cooker, and a new refrigerator. All utensils are accessible. I offer all guests unlimited "coffee mix" packets. If you have Nespresso capsules, I can make a Nespresso machine available. The living room offers a large L-shaped leather couch, a wonderful red "egg chair," a glass coffee table, various plants, and an Amazon Echo Dot (so you can ask it to play music of the TuneIn app, or others!). The living room also has blackout curtains with remote control. I live in the apartment as well, but on the opposite side of the long hallway, so there is actually quite a bit of privacy for you. I don't need to interact with you at all, if that's what you prefer! :) The biggest reason I am offering the room for rent is because of the 5 years of international travel that I've had via Airbnb, staying overnight in over 50 cities in 25 European countries, meeting a wide variety of people. I just think it's cool to be on the other side as a host! Very safe, well-lit, very walkable. A 10-second walk to the Home Plus Express supermarket downstairs. A "Dunkin Donuts" and 24-hr convenience store are a 30-second walk from the apartment building. A 1-minute walk to Songdo Central Park or Canal Walk mall. A 3-minute walk to G Tower (United Nations) Less than 5 minutes to the Central Park metro station and 20 international and Korean restaurants. A 2-minute taxi to Convensia Convention Center, and the Sheraton and Oakwood hotels. Less than 5 minutes taxi to any other Songdo hotels. A 5-8 minute taxi from "Meet you all", Pearl Tower, Yonsei University, Hyundai Premium Outlet Mall, the Incheon Global Campus. The area around the apartment building is very walkable. You can find a wide variety of stores, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and the upscale Canal Walk mall within a 4-minute walk. By taxi, from the apartment, it takes about 6 minutes to go to a Premium Outlet Mall. It takes about 15 minutes to go to the local movie theater. Central Park metro station is a 3-minute walk away from the apartment building. The bus stops for Seoul are just about 1-2 blocks away from the apartment. The #6724 bus goes to Hongdae and Sinchon neighborhoods. The #6405 bus goes to Gangnam. Going to Incheon airport from the apartment takes only about 25 minutes by bus (7k KRW) or taxi (35k KRW). Going to downtown Seoul from the apartment takes roughly 60-90 minutes, by metro or bus. A couple robots clean my apartment a few times a week, usually Monday/Wednesday/Saturday.
