IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NATURE PARK - WITH A VIEW OF THE SEA Villa Delícia is perfectly located on the outskirts of Vale da Telha, a residential and holiday home area in the western Algarve. In just 10 minutes, the two house beaches of Praia da Arrifana and Praia do Monte Clérigo can be reached by car. The house is in the first row - at the end of the property, the Costa Vicentina Natural Park begins, which is visited by botanists and zoologists from all over the world for its diverse flora and fauna. From the house, which is south-west facing, sun-drenched and protected from the wind, you can look directly into the wild nature and with a bit of luck you can even watch storks and eagles. At night, with a glass of wine on the terrace, you can marvel at the wide starry sky while the sea rushes. SHOP AND GO EAT The location of Villa Delícia is quiet and yet central. The nearest supermarket, several restaurants and bars with live music (in summer) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In Aljezur you will find further opportunities for shopping for daily needs, a daily market with cheap seasonal fruits and vegetables from local producers, larger supermarkets, bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, surf shops and medical care. Aljezur is an original pretty Portuguese small town. You can reach it in 10 minutes by car. The large built-in cupboards also offer plenty of storage space. For an undisturbed night's sleep, all doors and windows are equipped with high-quality mosquito repellent systems. From one bedroom you have direct access to the terrace and pool, with bathroom on-suite. The second high-quality bathroom has a bathtub for a small wellness experience. There is a fireplace in the large, bright living room with a sofa area for cooler days. The open and very well equipped kitchen with dining table and space for the whole family is integrated. A special highlight is the bread maker. How about waking you up in the morning with the scent of freshly baked spelled or wholemeal bread? EXTERNAL From the living area you come directly to the terrace and into the private garden with pool, which of course you have exclusively available. The pool is also suitable for smaller children thanks to a flat entry pool. There is also a paddling pool for toddlers. Another highlight is the secluded roof terrace, where you can have a wonderful breakfast in the morning sun and even see the distant coastline next to the sea. Sufficiently available sun loungers as well as sunny and sun-protected areas offer everyone the ambience that he or she desires for a perfect vacation. The bays with an impressive rocky coast, wide sandy beaches and undeveloped, wild nature are places of longing. From the Monchique mountain range in the hinterland, you have a good view of the entire region and can explore the 'Garden of the Algarve', as Monchique is also called, via the numerous hiking trails. The entire coastline around Vale da Telha belongs to the Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vicentina Nature Park. It is known and visited for its special plants and animals.
