Situated in Mt Eliza we are privy to everything the peninsula has to offer, winery's, restaurants, shopping, beaches, entertainment & nightlife. We have a bus stop directly opposite our home, 1 min walk to a local doctor, 2 mins walk to milkbar, fish & chip shop, bottle shop & the bakery. Not to mention a 2.4km (4min drive) to the beautiful Baxter Barn. You'll absolutely love the convenience this property has to offer. A beautiful 4 bedroom older style home with all the luxuries of a modern lifestyle. Massive comfy couch, computer workspace, TVs in all bedrooms (bar one) Foxtel, Netflix, Fetch, wifi, remote control ceiling fan/light switches in all rooms, reverses cycle split system, open fireplace, 900 wide cooktop & oven, dishwasher, everything you need to entertain, BBQ, tennis court, basketball ring, a humongous back yard, sandpit & trampoline....everything you need to relax & unwind. We love this place ... and you will too! You will have full access to our property and all it has to offer. There will be space in all rooms for your belongings so you can feel right at Home from the moment you walk in the door. We have a keyless entry for easy access & there’s plenty of parking for your car, bike, boat, Jetski, trailer or all of the above. We are not precious people. We want you to enjoy the home as much as possible and we understand that accidents sometimes happen. If you could please let us know if something does happen so we can have the property ready for the next guests. We are more than happy to take calls & will be right here if you need us, however, while you're enjoying your stay, we'll be sure to keep right out of your way & the house will be yours for the duration of your stay. There's a bus stop directly opposite our home, a local doctor across the road, a 2 minute walk to our local milk bar, fish & chip shop, bottle shop & best bakery in the world. We're about a 5 minute drive to Mt Eliza village, 5 minute drive to local supermarket, 7 minutes from the beach, 8 minute drive to Somerville shops, 10 minutes to Frankston shopping center, clubs & restaurants or 12 mins to the beautiful Main Street Mornington, not to mention, Sorento, Mock Orchid, Markets, Wineries, Tree Surfing & Mazes to name a few. There's a bus stop directly across the road, however, unfortunately there is no public transport on Sundays. If you don't have a car I would suggest either a taxi or uber.
