Charming private and self-contained flat

This self-contained one bedroom flat is a great and accessible place from which to explore the exciting and ever-changing city of Christchurch. With its own bedroom with new bed and luxury linen, generous living, bathroom (with bath) and separate kitchen, you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Conveniently located just a ten minute drive from the airport, and a further twelve minutes to central Christchurch, there are local shops within a five minute walk (dairy, takeaways, bakery and a sushi shop) and Northlands Mall, with two large supermarkets, is just ten minutes away. Guests have full private access to the flat however we ask that you don’t access the back garden. We try to meet guests on arrival and introduce them to the property and answer any questions they might have about their stay. Although we live in the adjoining property, the flat is completely self-contained for your privacy. We do have a small child so some noise can travel through to the flat; we try to minimise this as best we can. In recognition of this, we try and offer value for money in the price per night. As we're in a quiet residential area, no loud gatherings are permitted. Christchurch is an easy city to explore and nothing is too far away! The number 17 bus is just a seven minute walk down to Wairakei Road. It runs every thirty minutes from 6am-9pm weekdays and costs just $4/trip. This takes you straight into central Christchurch and you can connect with other bus routes at the exchange. If you're a keen cyclist, its about ten minutes to bike into town or about an hour to walk. Please note, there is absolutely no smoking on the property.
