Welcome to our peaceful home away from home! This modern brand new townhouse provides a restful & comfortable stay which is also a convenient hub for all your travels. Equipped with all new furniture, bedding & appliances plus hotel quality linen, it is a dream to stay in. Beautifully appointed kitchen with double sinks, coffee machine, SMEG oven & dishwasher & basic supplies, there is plenty of room for the whole family. Slide open the glass doors to enjoy a sunny alfresco breakfast or late afternoon relaxing drink in the tasteful enclosed outdoor entertaining area. A 65" Smart TV is located in the downstairs living area and a 55" Smart TV in the upstairs retreat which will enable the family to all spread out to watch their favourite shows. A 2 car lockable garage is available for your use which can be easily opened via the remote control. There is a staircase present with the bedrooms located upstairs therefore this property may not be suitable for people with movement difficulties. UPSTAIRS Bedroom 1 contains a Queen Bed and an Ensuite Bathroom. Bedroom 2 contains two Long Single Beds which can be zipped together to create a King bed if required. Bedroom 3 contains two King Single Beds. Beautifully appointed Main Bathroom with separate bath. Retreat has a large 55’ Smart TV. DOWNSTAIRS Open space Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Area with 65’ Smart TV. Large glass doors open to Alfresco area. Laundry and downstairs toilet Secure 2 car garaged car park It is completely self check-in and you will be provided with codes a few days before your stay. We are available via mobile phone if required during your stay or can have someone call around if needed. Set in a residential street with other townhouses, the home is surrounded with permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is purely to be used for rest and relaxation style stays. Parties or events are prohibited. This fabulous location is located with just: 3 minutes to Airport Security Parking and 6 minutes to the Adelaide International and Domestic Airport. 6 minutes to Priceline Netball Stadium 11 minutes to the Entertainment Centre or the Adelaide CBD or Harbourtown to discount shopping. 14 minutes to the Festival Theatre or Henley Beach 8 minute walk to the bus stop. Can we have parties or events? Sorry we don’t allow parties or events due to the close proximity of the other tenants. Loud music after 11 pm is prohibited. A security patrol car regularly patrols past, if guests are found to be holding parties or events they will be asked to rectify the situation immediately or face immediate eviction. Smoking Sorry no smoking is allowed in or around our property. Extra Guests If you require extra beds it will cost $20 to set up each bed with linen. If you use the extra beds without notice, an additional $50 may be charged for each bed.
