Easy access to public transports. This is a fully renovated apartment of 42 sm with an extra space of a back yard that has comfortable garden furniture and is washed in daylight. The apartment is also washed in daylight and it is situated on the ground floor of a three floor building, just 400meters from the Metro of Aigaleo, where you can come directly from the Athens airport (10E per ticket). The bedroom has a big brand new closet, a new double bed with a new comfortable mattress, queen size, a fully brand new equipped kitchen and a lounge area that is connected with the kitchen and leads to the back yard. The windows and doors are all new and soundproof, isolating the heat in the summer and the cold in the winter, and the bathroom is fully renovated with brand new cabin shower, toilet and washing sink. You will enjoy the laid back and quite a residential neighboorhood, and the warm hospitality of our family. We live on the second floor of the same building so we are close if you need anything, but we do leave you space to have your stay as you want and we do not disturb unless you ask us to. The access to the building can be done with an access code with no keys so you can check in in late or early hours. You will also find a coffee machine for filter coffee, boiler, toaster , a flat TV and WI-Fi access. You will use privately the yard and the whole apartment. The entrance to the building can be made with a safety code with access control without keys which makes your check in flexible any time. A residential neighbourhood of families close to the centre of the city where you find many shops, pastry shops, restaurants, bars and coffee bars all day long. WIthin easy 2 minutes walk you are at the super market, the pharmacy, the police station, the bakery. In the center of the city you will also find ATM and all kinds of banks. Metro is 400 meters away from the apartment and you can take the blue line and get to or come from the Athens airport directly with no need to change. From the port of Peiraias you take the Metro until MOnastiraki *3 stops and then take the train to Peiraias or use the bus to Peiraias port ;the bust stop is 100 meters from the apartment on Kifissou Avenue. The apartment is also close to Ktel Kifisou the bus station where you can take the bus to Peloponnesse, North Greece and other areas of the country. It is just 5 minutes drive. YOu can get to downtown Athens within 2-4 stops starting from Gazi, Monastiraki, Sidagma. The apartment is very close to the Metro of Aigaleo (Papanastasiou Exit) and also close to the bus station for buses that pass to reach Peiraias port (just 100 meters from the door). Also Ktel Kifisou is a 5 minutes drive where buses departs for domestic routes around Greece mainly Pelponesse and North Greece.
