Ni-kai

Ni-kai is an amazing property, located within easy walking distance to central Wollongong with restaurants, retail outlets and gorgeous local beaches. Price from $180 twin-stay depending on length of stay. Price is charged on a per person basis. I usually meet the guests and introduce what is in the area. Depending on who and how busy we all are depends on the amount of time we spend together. As this is a B&B please be aware that the caretaker will enter the area during your stay to do light cleaning, to give information about the area and to discuss the accommodation being secure during your stay and upon check out. Ni-kai is within easy, flat, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and train station. It is 20min walk from Wollongong Station and 5 min walk from the free bus. It is the top storey of the house. I live underneath. You can enter through the front or back. It is not a party house. Booking is per person per bed. You will receive that charge for every extra bed used over the number of people booked.
