Its own private bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and has a large shower recess, toilet and vanity. The bedroom has its own private door out onto the deck and is separated from the living room by a corridor. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has ducted air conditioning & ceiling fans throughout. Guests will have access to a sparkling blue 25 metre pool, BBQ facilities, secure visitor parking, a well equipped gym and a communal library. I will be on site to welcome guests & I am happy to provide local information or to chat about guests’ activities and plans while staying. You will love the area for its eclectic demographic and diverse representation of many cultures. There are dozens of interesting restaurants and coffee shops, bars and boutique breweries, live music and local farmers' markets each Saturday. West End has a very strong community spirit and a friendly, almost old fashioned sense of neighbourhood. The apartment is only 15 minutes walk to the nearest CityCat River service to the city and University of Qld campus. Buses to the city and Southbank are only a 5 minute walk away. The central business district, art galleries, museum and Southbank Precinct can be easily walked in 20-30 minutes. There is a beautiful 25 metre infinity pool & fully equipped gym available for guests' use.
