The house is 15 minutes (about 4 Miles) from Adisumarmo Int'l Airport, 15 minutes to the heart of Solo City. Clean and Safe house in a good location with friendly neighborhood and 24 hrs Security. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with Air Condition, and 3 bathrooms are uquiped with closet, shower and hot water, free wifi, cable TV (32”LCD TV), 2 TVs in the two rooms at 2nd floor, self loundry, dinning room & kitchen. Walking in few steps Guest can easily find many local foods and mini market around. Guests will stay like in their own house, in a Tropical house design. The house furnished with Modentic interior concept. Easy to check in because guests will receive keys from security once entering the gate of housing from 2:00pm to 11:00pm, where they can be able to access all room in the house. The location is close to Airport, Solo Square Shopping Mall, Muhamadiyah University, Academy of Physiotheraphy, Solo Herritage Palace, D'Colomadu and Donohudan Hajj Hostel. I will always try to meet and communicate with all my guests prior to check in and while staying by phone and text message. I live about two miles from the location and I am a self employment so I have more oppurtunities to get in touch with all guests. The house is in a cluster housing so we will live like a big family, Guest can always socialize with friendly neighborhood anytime. Solo Adisumarmo International airport, bus station and train station can be reached in 15 minutes driving. Grab and Go-Car can be easily found. The house has free parking space for 3 cars. Guests not only guest, they're a friend, thy're family. Comfort and safety is high priority. Security is 24 hrs stand by in three shifts. A bicycle to ride around the location is free provided. Feel free to make and prepare your own food in the kitchen.
