''Alison Views'' Portarlington is a superbly finished self contained accommodation located in the well regarded ''Tower Hill'' precinct with expansive views across the Bay. This purpose built 4 bedroom space is priced to be viable for a couple staying on their own or maybe 2 couples in the 2 bedroom section or in another price setting for families of 8 across the entire 4 bedrooms. With ample activities on your door step such as Bay & Surf Beaches,Fishing,Water Sports,Wineries and Restaurants. My accommodation is unique! as I have ability to close off half of the house,this allows availability of smaller bookings and is priced specific! In total I have 4 large bedrooms with king sized beds that can all be split into twin share,its perfect for a large family or two smaller ones. Bring your own cot and covers for baby. Each section of house has a full bathroom,the largest with bath. The 3rd bathroom is outside under Alfresco area and services the pool and BBQ area. The accommodation is ideal for holiday stay, winery and wedding weekends. The very large main bathroom,complete with full size bath is ideal for all the ladies to have make up and hair done ready for the big day. The accommodation is totally self contained with Private sideway access with expansive sensational Bay and Sunset views. PLEASE NOTE IT IS OWNER OCCUPIED ON TOP FLOOR. Minimum number of nights over High Season ,Xmas holidays is 7. Easter and long weekends is 3, during low season 2, however feel free to contact me should require less and your request will be considered on an individual basis. Host greets you escorts you in via a separate secure entry to your own self contained unit/house with off street parking for 2 cars. A quick tour of the accommodation . Private use of external laundry,shower and toilet for pool area. The gas bbq.area with seating and undercover Alfresco eating area. Sole use of the pool. Note if you book as a couple you will be charged accordingly therefore you have access to 1 bedroom with King Bed and 1 bathroom ,other bedrooms shall be locked off! Full use of Kitchen,meals ,lounge and outdoor areas including pool laundry and outdoor bathroom in Alfresco area (Website hidden by Airbnb) Book as two couples or family off 4 allows access to 2 bedrooms all 3 bathrooms. Book for 6 access to 3 bedrooms Book for 8 all 4 bedrooms Should 4 adults want their own rooms a price can be worked out accordingly just ask. Please be honest in number of guests actually sleeping and book accordingly due to Covid tracing and restrictions. As it is owner occupied,any needs queries that should arise can be dealt with promptly. Please be honest when booking your numbers as if you book for a couple you effectively are booking one room and 1 internal bathroom the other external which services the pool area , 4 guests two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 6 guests three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 4 bedrooms 8 guests and all bathrooms full house! Our sleepy Bay beach is that through Winter but comes alive through the warmer months. There is so much to enjoy on the Bellarine. Golf, Wineries,Restaurants,Concerts,Walks, Bike Riding,Fishing,Sleeping In and escaping the rat race! As only 1.5 hrs drive from Melbourne CBD or a similar ferry trip,its a no brainer! Come see for yourself! My home is a 6 min.walk to the local bus service and 20 min.walk to the Ferry service. Over Xmas and long weekends the Portarlington Golf Club supply free shuttle bus service to and from the Club.Bookings essential. Many locals supply transport as Ubers,Fergos Bongo and mini bus tours also Port transfers are available. A good 30 min walk into town and a short 5min drive to Bay Beach,Ferry,Golf Course with shuttle bus service. There is plenty of private local transport as well as the Bus service. We are fortunate to have multiple excellent Wineries on our door step,30 mins to Surf Beach and Queenscliffe Ferry Service to Sorrento,the list goes on. Winery transport tours can be arranged. With regular Weekly Ferry service on Port Phillip Ferries from Docklands and return, Portarlington and the Bellarine are able to showcase our magnificent Wineries,Festivals,Golf Courses,Restaurants such as ''Bouchon'' which serves exquisite French Cuisine,The Little Mussel Cafe supplying fine dinning and Mussel Farm Tours. The QTrain from Drysdale is an exquisite way to dine along with the Blues Train showcasing Jazz at its finest,the list goes on! Queenscliffe is the home to Thomas the Tank Day along with Easter and Xmas Trains, fun for everyone! Seriously we have it all! Come spend a weekend or midweek stay,you wont be sorry.
