Alpe Colombé - the whole cabin

Are you looking for an authentic experience in the middle of nature, at the foot of the Matterhorn, far enough from the road and noise, but easily reachable with a 10 min walk on foot or by skis/snowshoes? Alpe Colombé is the ideal place to relax, take a well-deserved break and get in touch with nature! Breathtaking panorama, pure air, magical atmosphere, silence, wild nature... all accompanied by services and amenities that will make your stay unforgettable! Alpe Colombé is located within the mountains, at 1,900 meters above sea level, in the Valtournenche valley, 4 km from the town center. It can be reached ONLY ON FOOT (or with skis/snowshoes in winter), isolated from other houses, with a view of Champlève and the Grandes Murailles, of the cross-country ski trail and the picnic area. It is close to hiking trails, playground, picnic area, restaurants/bars and ski slopes. The whole cabin called Alpe Colombé is composed of two floors (two apartments: Panquéo and Tsan) with in total two kitchens, two bathrooms, one double bedroom and a traditional bunk bed, an open space on the first floor. The two apartments are connected through wooden inside stairs which keep them separate so that guests can have their privacy. In total the cabin can host up to 7 people. Therefore, it is suitable for couples, adventurers, nature lovers and families and can accommodate up to 4 people. In the apartment you will find the essential: sugar, coffee, tea, herbal teas, salt, oil, vinegar, as well as hand soap, shampoo and shower gel, products for cleaning, for laundry (washing machine) and for dishes (dishwasher). Alpe Colombé can be reached: - by reaching Champlève hamlet with your own means of transport; - by walking for about 10 minutes (400 meters) following the signposted path (Tour de Champlève), accompanied by the owners or a guide or by self-check-in thanks to the videos for access to the house provided to guests after booking; - in winter, if necessary, snowshoes are provided to reach the house. LUGGAGE SERVICE: The luggage transport service with 4WD or snowmobile in winter is included in your stay, ONLY ON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE. Rather than rigid suitcases, bags or backpacks are recommended, if available. Please, only one bag per person (and not multiple small bags). We suggest that you DO YOUR SHOPPING BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: we offer a baggage and food transport service with 4WD or snowmobile, only upon arrival and departure.
