The flat is situated on the 3rd floor, it has easy lift access and private entrance with only 4 other apartments on the floor.The available room is a bright double-room, fully furnished, with large double bed, big fully-mirrored wardrobe and chest of drawer. The room has a comfy bed with nice cotton bed linen. There is a TV with lots of Freeview channels in the living room. There is shared use of the bathroom as well as the kitchen. There is free access to fast PlusNet wireless broadband throughout the flat. There is also flexibility regarding both check-in and check-out times - please ask! We also have a single mattress and an inflatable double mattress which can be used for a child or children and fits into the bedroom easily. Bathroom with bath and shower and the toilet shared only with us, no other guests. Kitchen - guests will be able to use the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, espresso maker, Bialetti for quality Italian coffee makers, blender and all utensils and cutlery. There is a cabinet space for you to put your food etc and space in the fridge. We provide complimentary help-yourself tea and coffee during your stay. The living room has a desk with a chair and a very comfortable sofa, a lovely big extendable dining table with six chairs. We are a friendly couple, happy to help and give information, but also respect the guests' privacy. We have a busy schedule, we are at work, and our little one is in the nursery most of the time, only in in the evenings and at the weekend. When we are not in, you still will be able to get in touch with us, although you might have to wait a bit, but we will always text or call you as soon as we can. We have a four years old daughter, so please only book with us if you don't mind children! ;) Parking: There is restricted parking from 8.30am-5.30pm on the road outside - you can park for an hour with no return in 2 hours. There are no restrictions after 5.30 on weekdays and Saturdays, and none on Sundays. There are unrestricted parking spaces 2 mins away on roads close by.
