Come and stay and have a wonderful holiday... Welcome! Let us start describing the 35m2 panoramic balcony. Two sunbeds, a dining table with 6 chairs, to enjoy breakfast or dinner, with fantastic views. Some of our guests refuse to go and make daytrips, because they just enjoy this balcony too much ;-)). The inside dining room and living room, enjoy similar views because of the open area and large glass openings towards the balcony. Furhtermore one apartment offers three spacious bedroom with a maximum of 6 sleeps (real beds, no sofa's). The dining has a fully fitted kitchen. There is one large bathroom, with a walk-in shower, bath tub, double sink, and toilet. We have an extra (seperate) shower room, and extra toilet, and a laundry room with washing an drying machine. The apartment has its private entrance, and the building has a lift (elevator). Our guest can always count on friendly welcoming and advice during your stay. Always available for questions and support, and in case of urgent needs, always someone available to come within 30 minutes. Situated 200m above sea level, only 4 driving km from the beaches, promenade/boulevard in Meljine, we offer tranquility surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. At the back of the complex you can see and explore the mighty Orjen mountain range, and at the front you have the entrance of the Kotor Bay. Our village Meljine is one of the villages in the municipality of Herceg Novi, with many small beaches, marina Lazure, the beginning of the 6 km long promenade, and old town of Herceg Novi. The apartment is set in Straznik 57 street, in the location Podi, overlooking the Bay. A car is a necessity. Although we are from a birds perspective only 600 meters from the sea, by road it is around 4,5 km to the nearest beach and the beginning of the famous 6 km promenade of Herceg Novi. We can help you with transfers and getting a very reliable car rental. Vista Residence is located at the end of a public road, so there is no bother from traffic. The building has its own private parking, a childrens playground, and depending of the season one or even two swimming pools available. A car is a necessity.
