The living room design opens up to a patio and spacious garden with waterfalls and mini pond providing cool relaxing ambiance. For those interested, we also have a private beach house in Boracay and located at the famous white beach and is ideal as a honeymoon get-away. It has 4 independent studio-type accommodations with its toilet and bath, a double-sized bed, aircon, ceiling fan, and balcony. The kitchen, stove, dinnerware, utensils, and TV are all in the common area and are free for guest's use. Our place affords guests to live like a local, do your marketing, cook, grill, and make your meals. Otherwise, you may opt for outdoor adventures, like island hopping, kiteboarding, parasailing, boating, cliff jumping, swimming, or simply enjoy a quiet retreat with your loved ones amidst the sea and blue skies. We have a caretaker who stays at the property but her quarter is outside the house. There is also a room that is locked and not accessible to guests as it's where i put my personal stuff. I will be happy to welcome my guests, but if I'm not available, my caretakers will be there to assist them. Our Rustic Character Home in Quezon City is ideally located near the gate of the subdivision, quietly tucked away in a peaceful neighbourhood yet you'll find almost everything you'll need; supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, massage parlours, fitness gym, banks/ATM, drug store, churches, laundry shops and many more just within walking distance from the house. Our home in QC is very near the subdivision gate from where you can easily access lots of amenities even just by walking. Robinson's Supermarket, Puregold, Shakeys, Omakase Japanese Resto, Jollibee, McDo, Starbucks, Massage/Spas, Laundry shops, BDO etc are all just within walking distance from the house. Grab and other public transport are also easily accessible, tricycles and taxis are just outside the gate. Our home in Boracay is steps away from the white beach so from our house, you can enjoy a selection of different restaurants and shops. You can also just walk along the stretch of the white beach, laze around with your favorite drink and watch the sunset. Guests are allowed the use of the Clubhouse swimming pool subject to availability. Guest fee of P200 per person for it's use.
