Spacious and light-filled, this stylish house is roomy enough for two families and its location makes it the ideal base to explore all Mansfield and district has to offer. Just 300m/4 min walk to the centre of town, the house is a short stroll to the farmer's market, great cafes, boutique shops and restaurants or just a short drive to snowfields, wineries, mountain biking, hiking, water skiing and more. Or stay in and enjoy a BBQ with friends on the sunny back deck. Either way, you'll love it! The house has all the comforts of home including a spacious kitchen and dining area, large lounge room with plush leather sofas, two large bedrooms each with queen-size beds and a separate kids room with two sets of single bunks (sleeps four). The house is well-appointed with crisp commercially cleaned linen and vintage decorations to suit. And there's plenty of room for the kids to play in the large, secure front and back yards, the latter beyond a covered rear deck complete with outdoor setting and BBQ. Whole house. Guests can check themselves in but if you need us, we are close at hand! Stroll around the streets of Mansfield and enjoy great coffee, French pastries, boutique shopping or a hearty meal at the various options on offer. Be it in the warmer or cooler months, there's always plenty to do in Mansfield. The house is so close to town, walking is a great option! It's easy to find and has ample off-street parking. The house is kept cosy in winter (and cool in summer!) with numerous split systems that are quick to heat and easy to use. The wood fire in the lounge room is NOT operational. As noted in the description - the house sleeps 8 - think up to four adults sharing two queen-sized beds and up to four kids sleeping in 2 x sets of single bunks. There's also a travel cot for a babe.
