HOLIDAY HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL CHIANTI, TUSCANY LA TORRICELLA

On the hills from which originates the Chianti region, only 12 km from Florence city center, rises the magnificent Villa "La Torricella", surrounded by nature and silence. The Villa is suitable for people (up to 14 guests) who want to spend an unforgettable holiday dedicated to luxury and relaxation, in one of the most beautiful areas of the Tuscan countryside. The Villa also represents the ideal location for special events such as weddings, celebrations and family reunions. Villa La Torricella is a magnificent Medicean country house located in the landscape of Bagno a Ripoli. The property consists of a main building (700 mq) surrounded by 5.000 sqm of enclosed and lighted garden, with lawn and olive trees, private swimming pool (8.10 m x 11.40 m, deep 110/300) with gazebo, locker room , toilet, sunbeds and shower, from where you can enjoy an enchanting view of the Chianti region. The villa spreads over three floors : Ground floor: three elegant halls, with all furnished in Tuscan style with valuable antique furniture, looking out with large windows onto the romantic garden, an elegant dining room, a fully equipped kitchen; one toilet with makes the rest of the floor. The ground floor is connected to the first floor by lift or a wooden staircase leading to sleeping area with elegantly decorated bedrooms furnished in harmony with the traditions and taste of Tuscan houses, all provided with mosquito nets . First floor (by stairs or elevator): one double bedroom with Tv and en suite bathroom with shower, one bedroom with 2 twin beds and Tv, one bedroom with kingsize canopy bed, two double bedrooms (5 bedrooms in total). One bathroom with bathtube, one bathroom with bathtube and shower (3 bathrooms in total). Second floor (by stairs) : one bedroom with French bed for two guests and one single bedroom, one bathroom with bathtub, a nice and light study area where guests can choose to enjoy a read, surrounded by silence and peace of the countryside. In the study we provide a single sofabed just if you ask us. Floor -1: We offer our guests a small laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. At the back of the property there are other apartments and the owner's house, all with private entrance and placed on the opposite side of the complex. The patio is equipped with a dining area with tables for 14 people, ideal for tasty alfresco meals. There is one entrance with automatic gate and video intercom, to ensure guests the utmost security and privacy. The property is accessed by a paved road with very low traffic. Air conditioning in all bedrooms (please note that there's not air conditioning on the ground floor because the villa is naturally cooled by stone walls, but I provide you with fans). Internet Wi-fi is available. Parking: 6 outdoor parking places. We can arrange private tours, drivers, cooking class and everything you need. The swimming pool will be open during summer time only. Please note that the pool water is not heated. Not included in the price: Tourist tax of €1.50 per person (over the age of 12) per night, for the first 7 nights. Fee for registering the contract (which in accordance to Italian law must be written in Italian), for rentals over 30 days, equal to 1% of the total rental price (with a minimum fee of € 33.50) plus tax stamps. Heating: charged at 3.50 Euro per unit/cubic meter during winter. Please note , that at the beginning and at the end of the stay, the kilowave will be noted, countersigned by the guest for acknowledgment of the accuracy of the survey.When electricity consumption will exceeds 35 kw per day, the excess will be billed at € 0.85 vat included per kw. Villa La Torricella is located in the municipality of Bagno a Ripoli near the village of Grassina surrounded by the Tuscan countryside. To reach the village centre it will take a few minutes (15 on foot, 3 by car), along a very panoramic road. Be aware that the way back to the villa from the village is uphill (not recommended if you need to carry heavy bags). In Grassina ( km 1,7) you will find all the necessary things: pharmacy, cafes, bars, restaurants, bank, tobacconist,supermarket, gym. Florence is easily accessible by car (12 km).
