Close to the beach,theme parks Min 5 days ,or last minute we will take 3 days) , Min age 25 , max 10 staying incl max 5 kids (babies incur $25/ extra/night as not autocharged on Airbnb (max 12 on site incl visitors) Strict no extras /no party/no functions/no weddings /schoolies/sporting groups/ bucks/hens nights policy. DEFINITELY NO PETS. All bookings from outside Qld will need approval first . Local Gold Coast bookings need approval first. Note the map is incorrect, we are not on the river , we are on the lake. The lake is missing on the map so view the satellite image to see the lake. During COVID you and your groups Govt issued photo ID and address req'd after booking acceptance. A COVID declaration will be sent prior to arrival. No bookings can be taken from guests from Hotspot locations before borders open. Please make enquires as to whether dates are definitely available before booking as there has been a recent issue with Airbnb calendar. Send your enquiry twice to ensure it arrives! We respond quickly. Please note all singles need to be over age 25 unless children of adults staying , min 5 day booking(or we will take a last minute 3 day booking) , Max 10 persons staying incl max 5 kids. Booking enquiry must have accurate numbers adults and children as this is the agreed basis of the rental agreement . NO visitors if numbers onsite exceed 12 or face eviction and loss of rent and bond. No Schoolies bookings. No weddings, gatherings, no hens bucks sporting grps. Due to physical limitations it’s not suitable for persons needing wheelchair access to bathrooms. Due to noise issues , the Gold Coast council limits numbers on site in rental holiday homes and persons in total on site including visitors must not exceed 12. Pool spa is heated to pool temp (30 degrees) and is not a hot tub temp( Airbnb don’t have a pool spa as an option so had to choose hot tub as only option given) The house is incredibly well fitted out with Tvs in every room, Foxtel, wifi, dream cooks french style country kitchen with every appliance imaginable . Gas Bbq, smoker, charcoal Bbq, wood fired pizza oven . Broadbeach is sophisticated, lively with lots of cafes ,restaurants , shopping and a fabulous beach. Its close to all theme parks, more than a dozen golf courses , whale watching and every tourist activity on the coast. Close to Casino and convention centre. Its very convenient to public transport though there are so many great day trips you may want to hire a car for a few days. You can day trip to Byron Bay, Mt Tambourine, Steve Irwins Australia Zoo. Its close to the train , and on a bus line. Uber Eats will deliver food from local restaurants Buses at corner to centre Broadbeach shopping and restaurant area (5 mins away) and connect to tram that goes to Surfers Paradise Can train from Brisbane airport to Nerang station and taxi it from Nerang- just 15 mins away Coolangatta Airport about 40 mins away Theme Parks all within 30 mins drive Property Security cameras survey boundaries (not inside house), Ring Doorbell has visual and auditory capture. No devices in private spaces, no hidden devices, no recording devices in private spaces. ANY INTERFERENCE WITH THE SECURITY CAMERAS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION IF PETS BROUGHT ONTO THE PROPERTY IT WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH LOSS OF RENT AND BOND. Lovely wildlife on the property At the lake side there are swans, ducks, seagulls, odd pelican , and water birds and lots of fish! Bring bread for them. You can even fish with fishing gear provided Front side there are birds that visit if you feed them- lorikeets, corellas, cockatoos so bring sunflower seeds, wild bird seed The kids will love it!
