Super cozy family-friendly place near Metro/P&R

Our two room city apartment on the 1st floor without lift is ideal for people who want to stay careless and explore vienna. The apartment is in a quiet side street and only 4 minutes away from the metro station U1 „Troststraße“ with which you can reach the city center, the "Stephansplatz" in 10 minutes. Several grocery shopping facilities are only 1 minute away. Our accommodation is completely new and comfortably furnished so that you only need to concentrate on the essentials of your journey. This lovely place is fully furnished, you have a large new bed and a comfy sofa bed. After an interesting sightseeing trip you can sip a glass of wine while watching netflix or surfing the web. Take your cosy breakfast or convivial dinner at the spacious dining table and get ready for the day. We have a big wardrobe for all of your clothes and luggage. In the smaller room there is a bunk bed, also a smaller wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The corridor kitchen is almost fully equipped and is perfectly sufficient for a stay in Vienna. The lovely small bathroom has a shower and a toilet. I am almost always reachable by phone and will try, as often as possible, welcome you personally. This location is ideal for getting fast to the city centre and also everywhere else outside from vienna. You live in an up-coming viennese district with many cafes and restaurants. You can get the best ice cream in vienna at "Tichy" on the "Reumannplatz" by just walking 10 minutes down the "Favoritenstraße" or take the metro to "Reumannplatz". Furthermore, you have a large outdoor public swimming pool "Laarbergbad", the wellnes & spa thermal bath "Kurpark Oberlaa" and public parks in the immediate surroundings. You can reach the accommodation very quickly by car, as the highway exit is in the immediate vicinity. From Vienna Airport you only need an hour to get to the property by public. You can also travel by train through the `central station "Hauptbahnhof" in the immediate vicinity, just a 4-minute subway ride. The U1 underground line is ideal for your Vienna trip. Since there is a charge(1h/2,10€) for parking anywhere on the street from monday-friday between 09:00-19:00 o 'clock in Vienna, you can park in the Park & Ride facility "Verteilerkreis Favoriten" for only 4eur / day. It is only a subway station to the accommodation or a 10 minute walk away. I recommend you to put the luggage first in the apartment and then park the car there.
