It is less than 10 minutes to Malioboro and just three minutes walking to Purawisata. The whole space is ALL yours! I won't be there most of the time since I am always on the go. Siti, my lovely co-host is in charge of the house and takes care of everything. She will greet you when you check in and if you arrive later than 7pm please inform us before hand.
