Luxurious studio in the city Center R'dam.

Our studio is located in the famous and most vibrant street in the heart of Rotterdam, de Witte de Withstraat. Near the studio are various bars and restaurants, public transport, shopping area, supermarket,museum and much more. You’ll love my place because of the elegant and trendy interior, the city view, the location and the ambiance. My place is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and even parents with a kid. The studio will make you feel home away from home <3 This modern 35 sqm. studio is located in a historical building which has survived the WW II bombings. It recently has been renovated and gives you a city view on the hotspot of Rotterdam. The windows from the top till the floor give makes the place look even more spacious and light. You have private use of bathroom, washing machine, sofa, king-size bed and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Quooker, Nespresso machine and a combi microwave/oven. The interior is a heavy blend of vintage glamour meeting modern style! Last but not least the studio offers free WiFi along with air conditioning and is fitted with a flat-screen cable TV. You have full access to your private studio. Witte de Withstraat is the place to be when visiting Rotterdam. It has many restaurants that are open till late and amazing bars with seating outside. It is a two minute walk to the nearest tube station and three minute walk to the shopping district. Furthermore it is nearby the Coolsingel which houses the Rotterdam City hall, and it's nearby the shopping boulevard of the city. If you don't like the big shops you can also visite the small boutiques on the Van Oldenbarneveldstraat, Karel Doormanstraat or de Meent. If you have a panache for art, local products or like to buy things from local artists, entrepreneurs, hobbyist/amateurs, the Witte de Withstraat is dotted with (vintage and pop-up) shops/boutiques & galleries that sell these. It's a 10 minute walk from: - the newly constructed Markthal, which you really should visite to buy some local products or eat something at the venues. - the Cubic houses - the Eramusburg where you can explore the prominent skyline & unique architecture of Rotterdam - the Euromast, the tallest Tower of Europe which gives you a few over Rotterdam from more that 112 mtrs hight - a watertaxi stand from where you can cross the river " de Maas" to explore Katendrecht and visite the SS Rotterdam; - Rotterdam Central Station, which also gives you a good view of the beautiful architecture in the city' - much more places to explore! De With Studio is located within a two minute walking distance to the nearest tube. A ten minute walk to the Rotterdam central station. Across the street is a tramway stop. Within a 3 minute walk from the studio you can park your car in the parking garage. It is only a three minute walk to all the nearest city amenities and a supermarket is located in the street (1 minute walk). De With Studio's is situated the heart of Rotterdam vibrant nightlife district, surrounded by bars and restaurants. We work hard to reduce the noise in our bedroom but we don’t have quiet studio's especially in the weekends. We do have quieter rooms sometimes, depending on what’s happening around us on the night of your stay. It’s really important that you consider this before making your booking. The building in which the studio is located doesn't have an elevator. Tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately. We will send you a request to pay the tax through Airbnb.
