Banskia House Congo

Easy comfy beachside living 5 minutes stroll from Congo's two beaches and Congo Creek. Large master bedroom 'wing' with study, kitchen, laundry and living areas separated by a large breezeway from the two bedroom guest 'wing' with bathroom and additional living areas. Large front verandah, back garden with lawn, single level house and paved areas. Swim, surf, kayak, bushwalk, birdwatch, whale watch in the surrounding Eurbodalla National Park or drive 10 mins to Moruya markets and great shops. Master bedroom king bed. Bedroom 3 can be made up as a king bed or 2 single beds. The king bed linen is in the hall cupboard. 2 separate toilets, one in each 'wing'. Outdoor cold shower for after beach use. Some cupboards have 'private' labels on the doors where my things are stored.There are two TV's and several radios. I can be contacted by mobile phone as I am not always in Congo. My neighbour is usually home and can easily be contacted. Banksia House is located in a small holiday village. A playground is a few metres walk away and Congo Creek is great to swim or canoe or fish in. Moruya has taxis, and a bus service can be booked to take you to Moruya, Bateman's Bay and Canberra if booked. There is 500m of dirt road on the northern access road, a nice country touch. Bed linen is provided. 2 towels per person for longer stays, and beach towels. An infant cot and toddler mattress with linen are also available. Please conserve the tank water so the septic tanks don't fill too quickly as they must be pumped out.
