Churchlands is a converted barn offering B&B with 1 double and 1 Family room on a quiet country lane leading to a few farms and houses further on. It enjoys a peaceful rural location with splendid views over Herefordshire countryside, adjacent fields being used for horse livery and sheep grazing. Guests have the use of the Hot Tub and heated outdoor swimming pool (seasonal Apr. to Oct. or by arrangement). There is a riding school next door to the property with golf available within 5 miles. For those that enjoy walking Bromyard Downs are nearby with the Malvern Hills about 20 mins drive. it is also ideally located for The Hay Festival and the Three Choirs Festival when held in Hereford or Worcester which are each circa 20 minutes drive. The National Trusts Brockhampton Court is also close by. There are good restaurants and pubs both in Bromyard and the surrounding countryside and for those that want to get on the water your hosts also run a Narrowboat Hire business boats can be hired subject to availability. There is a comfortable Guest Lounge to relax in as well as the grounds, pool and hot tub, this Family room for up to 3 guests is one of two rooms available at Churchlands and is accessed via a flight of stairs one of us is usually available throughout guests stay Churchlands is located in farming country along a lane that leads only to a few more Farms and houses. It is next door to riding stable and working sheep farm. There is minimal traffic and as a result it is is a truly quiet and peaceful location A car will be needed to access Churchlands as there is minimal public transport other than bus services from Bromyard which should be considered a taxi journey away.
