Beautifully converted Church with Pool, Thoona

This beautiful old church built in 1908 sits in the rural town of Thoona. The perfect getaway with family or friends where you can really connect in with each other. A place where time slows down, yet it also surrounded by towns and vineyards your yet to read about as they are virtually undiscovered. Sit in the beautiful brick courtyard, cook on the outside bbq or stroll down to the local pub, take a swim. This beautiful converted church was built in 1908. It has 4 ground floor private rooms and one very large mezzanine room up in the rafters where the mornings views are sublime with its our balcony. The property sits on 4 hectares in the edge of the Township, surrounded by paddocks and olive trees. Its so quiet and private. The church has a full kitchen with dinning, a large living room, and laundry. The courtyard has plenty of character with a beautiful bricked area and pool to take a dip in and cool down. The church sleeps 9 people comfortably, however there is a second cottage for an additional cost if you have more guests which is two story. This is charged at $50 per head minimum of 2 people and up to maximum of 6 guest per head plus cleaning fee of $75. Please note there is no bathroom in the cottage and guests need to use the Church 2.5 bathrooms. In total, we can sleep 15 guests. Need more? Send me a message regarding camping on the property. St Andrews Church is offered for the first 9 guests, and the cottage is booked by selecting 2 guests (minimum) or up to 6 (depending on how many guests you have) to accommodate above 9 guests - open for all additional guest. Please note the Cottage does not have its own bathroom and uses the Church 2.5 bathrooms. The Church has a beautiful feel to it. Anyone who comes here will fall in love the landscape of which it sit, the original church windows, the high ceilings and the spacious living and kitchen areas. It is a short 400-meter stroll for either a coffee or snack in the mornings to the local store, a place where you can sneak a peek at rural life unfolding around you, or visit the Thoona Pub - a well known and loved local watering hole for dinner and drinks. No pets without arranging before hand as I do not allow pets in the Church due to the floor boards however they are welcome to sleep down stairs in the cottage providing they are house trained.
