North Curl Curl Sandstone Studio

A quiet garden studio located in the backyard of our house, mostly suited to a couple or single person. The pool on the property is available for use. Both the pool & studio have private access along a pathway to the side of our house. It is situated within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and Dee why or North Curl Curl beach. The studio is in a nice & quiet location with a short walk to the beach. The studio has a double bed, nice cosy leather lounge to relax on and facilities include TV, fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle. Access to the studio is through a gate to the right of the front door of our house. To access the swimming pool walk back outside the gate, past the garage door and through the glass pool gate. Available via phone or email Located nearby and within walking distance Dee Why beach has a great range of restaurants and cafes as well as a convenience store. North Curl Curl has a delicious whole foods cafe, post office, coffee shop, beautician, hair dresser and bottle shop Street Parking is available in Ian Avenue. Please do not park in Ian Lane Within walking distance is a bus stop that takes you to Manly. We have a cute Cavoodle named Max. He is gentle & friendly and loves a pat. Please ensure you close the side gate at all times so Max doesn’t escape.
