BEDROOM: Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, condition, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving for home-cooked meals. While you stay you will have: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - oven - microwave - dishwasher - crockery and cutlery We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. COMMON AREA: Due to the pandemic, common areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements in the premises at the time of your arrival. There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! The apartment is located on Batman Street and only minutes' walk to the City Centre. Directly across the road from Canberra Centre and a short stroll to Braddons infamous Lonsdale Street have at your fingertips some of the best restaurants, cafes, bars and boutique shopping Canberra has to offer. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
