Close to Sheffield Train station, and 15 minutes walk in to the centre of town where you can find shops, restaurants, bars, The Lyceum and the Crucible theatres, Cinemas and Ponds Forge International Sports Centre. The tram link is next to the station and close to the bus station. The flat is a self-contained space with bedroom, bathroom, open plan living room, kitchen diner and patio. There is also a sofa bed if required by arrangement. (The space is suitable for one family) The flat is up the main drive and has a key safe should no one be available to greet you on arrival, off the bedroom is a small stone patio with table and chairs for your use. (Please note the rest of the garden is private) If you require an earlier check-in - please ask and we will try to accommodate you The flat is attached to our home so we are usually on hand should you need anything - you just need ask Our road is a beautiful, tree lined road in a conservation area. It is quiet and has two parks close by, but is only a short walk into Sheffield town centre and its many amenities, opposite the train station is Wagon - a lovely coffee shop which also sells food (best coffee close by!) going up into town on George Street is the independent cinema 'Curzon' which also has a lovely sunny roof-top bar. Further up through town is Devonshire Street where the independent shops, vintage shops are and Devonshire Green where there are occasionally events on. Fashionable Kelham Island and its bars, restaurants and museums only a 20 minute walk, and Canal bar 'The Dorothy Pax' lots of live music and is only 10 minutes walk. The train station is a short walk, as is the tram line and bus station (approx. 10 minutes) And the wonderful countryside of Derbyshire only a 30 minute drive.
