Come and stay on a busy working farm in our self-catering one bed flat in the centre of the beautiful historic village of Eynsford. Minimum stay two nights and check in is from 5.00pm onwards. The flat is situated above the garage, with shared access that leads to it's own front door, then up a short staircase. The flat is light and airy with windows overlooking the extensive front garden and to the back, Eynsford cricket pitch. Sadly we unable to accommodate long stays . No children or pets. The main living area comprises a large white leather L - shaped sofa and 37” colour TV. A single leather armchair next to a side table and lamp. A beautiful oak dining table and 3 pine chairs is set to one side maximizing the living area. Off the living room there is a galley kitchen with cooker, hob, washing machine and fridge. The bedroom has a king -size bed with dressing table and matching wardrobe, small colour TV and en-suite bathroom. We have just put in a new bathroom that has a large bath, power shower with glass screen, basin and loo. The front garden and seating area. We will be more than happy to give you ideas for your stay when you arrive. On the odd occasion we are not in we can give you access to your flat upon your arrival. The village has 4 local pubs all within walking distance so you can leave the car at home. The flat is only three and a half miles form Brands Hatch GP Circuit located in West Kingsdown. You can get a really good breakfast from the tea room next to the bridge its only a two minute walk from the flat. There is a local shop in the village but it only has very limited supplies. I strongly advise arriving by car. Arriving by train, this is a 15 minute walk to the house. (down hill !) We have dogs and birds so you may need to consider this when booking. The flat is a perfect base to explore the local country side whilst visiting friends and family and is not suitable for couples who wish to occupy the flat full time . Please remember this is our home and not a hotel. Covid-19 and Flat Etiquette • Please leave your outdoor shoes at the bottom of the flat stairs. • Please use slippers in the flat. • We will leave hand sanitizer by the flat door for your use. • Please remember wash your hands regularly. • We will provide hand soap next to all sinks. • Keep the kitchen surfaces wiped down with anti- bac spray provided. • Please use table mats at all times, this will aid with hygiene and will also help protect the wooden table surfaces. • We have replaced all the pillows on the beds with new ones and removed the bedspreads to help with hygiene. If you wish to, you are most welcome to bring your own pillows and don’t forget to take yours home again. • We use Isopropyl Alcohol to clean all hard services. • Please do not to bring friends and family back to the flat. • Sadly we are unable to offer Tea, Coffee, Condiments’ or Sauces so please remember to bring them. However there should be a bottle of wine upon your arrival.
