Comfortable, well equipped holiday home in Morfa Nefyn North Wales. Sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms 2 double and a twin room. 5 minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach at Morfa Nefyn and local pub. Well stocked shop at the top of the road. 10 minutes walk from Morfa Nefyn golf club with its challenging headland course! 1 small dog welcome. The house has a well equipped kitchen with a good range of cooking utensils and plenty of crockery. As well as a fan assisted oven with halogen hob there is a microwave, dishwasher, and washer/drier. There is also a small breakfast table and chairs. The lounge diner has a large dining table at one end and a comfy cottage suite to relax and watch the large flat screen TV with DVD player and Freesat box. Off the living room is a small snug room perfect for quiet reading. The property has WiFi. There is also a downstairs toilet and a porch to store shoes & coats etc. Upstairs there is a recently refitted bathroom with an electric shower over the bath. There are two comfortable double bedrooms and a twin room. There is a well kept garden to the rear of the house with views across the fields. From May to October there is a garden table and chairs for the use of guests. I am available for questions by phone, text or email. Perfect for families, golfers and walkers. Morfa Nefyn beach is a 5 minute walk from the house. The Ty Coch Inn at Porthdinllaen beach is reached by walking along the beach from Morfa Nefyn or over the footpath across the golf course. There are many more beautiful beaches along the Llyn Peninsular coast all within a short drive of the property. Please note in order to keep the price as competitive as possible I do not provide any towels or bed covers. I ask that you bring your own. 2 x double bed base sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers, 2 x single bed base sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers.
